全國住過這麼多酒店，第一次遇到38一位的早餐餐標，吃的這麼差的！衹有牛肉粉作為本地特色還算勉強填了填肚子。我問服務員，餐標多少錢一位，跟我説28一位，先不説你們28一位的餐標都夠不上，那你算房費的時候為什麼雙早加了我65？（附圖就是我65的雙早吃了些啥，想不生氣都難的程度了）就很離譜…關鍵還有更離譜的，房間裏的百歲山咱也不知道是假的還是怎麼著，喝完嗓子眼都是澀的，住了四天，天天樓下便利店買百歲山…就是跟酒店提供的喝起來不一樣。就很迷…

第二次入住了，津市最讓人放心滿意的酒店。地理位置理想，酒店服務專業細緻。機器人送外賣乖乖地，洗衣房烘乾機解決了出門在外的煩惱。

入住酒店發生很差的體驗，入睡時居然在枕頭下面發現入住該房間已經離店客人遺落的充電寶。開始時沒在意，但越想越覺得不對勁，這説明酒店沒有換床品啊，如果服務員換過床品，那肯定能發現這個遺落的充電寶。於是一夜都膈應。與酒店交涉此事，雖然最後酒店能重視且表示歉意，但仍希望酒店以此為戒，加強規範管理。

酒店是原來維也納酒店轉換過來的，條件設施還可以，但服務水平還有待提高。我們訂的帶早餐房間，但我們因為約好早7：00要外出有事希望早餐提前打包，也被説餐廳7：00才有人而拒絕。客房的通風也不好，進屋總有一股異味很讓人不適。希望要注意改進！
