The hotel is well located and the rooms are spacious and bright. It's just that breakfast started late.

總的來講感覺一般吧，三百多一晚的酒店房間竟然沒有免費的水，景田的水竟然要10塊一瓶，從來沒有住過酒店瓶裝水還要錢的，旁邊是KTV，晚上有點吵，其它還好

兩間房一共六晚花了2400多，結果房間的兩瓶360ml礦泉水用完了我請前台送瓶水上來，告訴我要收費？？！！我真的頭一次遇見這種？？沒關係，越來越多的連鎖酒店也進駐咱澧縣了，咱下次回來就不住這裏了🙄🙄對了，這裏的電梯不分流，就兩部小電梯，電影院ktv酒店咖啡館足浴全部都是用這兩個，比較難等。早餐品種也特別少🙄🙄

真滴沒有一樣能值得我推介的酒店，我住兩天，第一天喝茶的時候一個沒拿穩有一些茶水飛濺到床單上了。等到第三天退房後人到長沙了發現按金被扣錢了，因為是原路返回，我也沒關注退了多少，發現扣錢了打電話到酒店怎麼被扣錢了，酒店才告訴我前天床單上有印跡需要扣錢，我氣氛得很並不是扣了這點錢問題，扣錢都不告之一下，都被扣錢兩天了問他們才告訴你被扣錢，不是很搞笑嗎？和**邏輯一樣，先扣你錢等你發現問他們的時候才告訴你被扣錢

整體還算不錯，但希望管理層多去房間檢查一下設施，房間沖涼的花灑固定架都壞了，小小的東西換一個沒多少錢，但是客人的體驗感會不是太好，其他還是不錯的，服務也還好

一切都算挺好，偏扯的地方是，定了大床房，入住前在前台詢問，房內是否有煙味，是否會有麻將桌，因為遇過了，有麻將桌的大床房，但標記的重點是存粹的大床房，非麻將房。前台也都回答，是一般的大床房，不會有煙味，都打掃過的。
殊不知一開房門，撲鼻而來的煙味，映入眼簾的是麻將桌…跟前台反應，回答竟然是“那個都沒有鋪麻將紙，沒有在打麻將的！”這是什麼睜眼説瞎話吧？
幸好後來換房後一切就好很多了，換房後一切滿意，希望下次可以好好的給房，不要再抱持着被反應了，才給到跟網上一樣符合房名的房型！
