設施：裝修時間比較久了，總得不算舊，用的也安全，就是馬桶設施損壞，不好用
衞生：打掃的算乾淨，外圍衞生也可以
環境：交通便利，周圍吃的挺多
服務：比較有耐心

衞生做的很好，經常住在這裏，價格美麗，前台服務很熱情，交通方便，吃飯方便，樓下就是美食街，想吃的常德美食應有盡有。

看圖吧，各位！這個酒店設施極其老舊，洗手盆用水極其不方便。衞生極其差，衞生間一直有一股尿騷味兒，看那個椅子靠背，積年的油垢有多厚！看那個擦鞋刷子，明顯是用過的，還在那兒掛着！
實話實説，服務員的素質都很好。
早餐雖然品類少，只有米粉和麪條，但味道確實很好。
本次旅行中目前為止體驗最不好的酒店。

酒店位置好找，衞生乾淨整潔，衞生間乾濕分離。設施完善但比較陳舊，床單被套枕套等也不夠新，可能也用了幾十年的感覺。服務人員態度一般，不那麼熱情。酒店有一個大的後院停車場，方便停車。早餐也簡單，有一個雞蛋、麪條和米粉。對於這個價位也可以，酒店應該對較舊的床上用品更換為新的就好了

設施：估計有十多年歷史，並且沒有維修更新
衞生：衞生間乾濕分離沒有門，毛巾發黃，花酒漏水老舊，房間濃烈的煙味，枕頭估計從開業用到現在。
環境：老，舊，簡漏
服務：感覺像個人企業，都不像酒店。
