衞生：還是比較乾淨的
設施：中央空調，還有個風扇吹下。有電梯。
能帶狗子入住，周圍也比較安靜，附近吃的很多，晚上夜宵，白天也有粉店。

來津市很多次了，這是我住過性價比最高的一家賓館了，從未想過這個價格還有這麼好的裝修，設施設備都很好，洗澡也特別舒服，停車超級方便，樓下就有早餐，晚上還有宵夜。而且房間隔音效果很好，晚上睡的特別踏實，下次來了還住這裏😊😊

迷你小單間很緊湊，比較小，裝修太老舊，關鍵中央空調太老舊，不太熱，湊合住了兩晚，被子竟然還是薄薄的夏涼被，打掃衞生窗户直接一直開到晚上，連續降温，大冷天晚上剛進來很久才有點熱氣，網絡也太差，又慢又易掉線。第三天晚上退房回來取行李之前果斷放棄再續住，直接去了附近其他更好的賓館
