Yuzi Huakai Homestay (Jinjiang Wanda Plaza)

I feel helpless. This is a very bad experience. The room is fully intelligent. I thought it was very good, but the intelligent out-of-control light could not be turned off, and it could not be turned off manually. I told the housekeeper, and the housekeeper responded very promptly and changed the room. The service attitude was good. I thought I would not waste other people's houses. The new bathroom and living room were not touched. I only slept on a bed and washed in the first room. As for hygiene, there was no door when entering the toilet. It was obviously broken and removed. The toilet floor should not have been wiped. There were dirty things. The toilet was not wiped and was full of urine stains. It was disgusting... I wiped it myself and took a shower. There was no hot water halfway... I washed it with cold water... The tooth cup was very dirty and useless. There were three hairs on the sheets... The pillows were all small hairs... There were many charged items and many family planning supplies... This time, Quanzhou transit accommodation was a complete failure...

This homestay is right next to Wudian City. The rooms are very clean and tidy, and the items are neatly arranged, giving people a fresh and natural feeling. It is also spacious and comfortable to live in, making people feel happy. The most important thing is that the cost performance is very high...

Apart from the convenient location, everything else about the B&B is average! The first thing I booked was a mahjong twin room for one night (two 1.8 large beds), for three adults and one child. When I checked in, it was a large bed and then a single bed was added on the terrace in the living room! Then I checked the room type through WeChat and it told me that the room with two double beds was already occupied by others... I checked again and the room type that was arranged was a double bed room (and then I added another bed and treated it as it was) The twin bed😡There are pictures and the truth (the size of the extra bed cannot be 1.8 meters no matter how you look at it). They are obviously two different room types, and the goods are not correct! Regardless of the difference in housing prices, I would like to know if this is really possible? As a result, of course I couldn't sleep normally that night, it was really embarrassing! A very unpleasant experience, I will never choose this hotel again! I also hope that trip.com will no longer represent this B&B. The photography platform has a good reputation!

The service is very good. They will contact us in advance to check in. The precautions are very clear. The location is easy to find. It is just opposite Jinjiang Wanda, and it is very convenient for eating, drinking and playing. The facilities are complete, the sanitary products prepared are also very good, and the replacement and cleaning are also timely. We live very comfortably and like it very much. Next time I come to Quanzhou to play, I am willing to renew my reservation~
