Grand Honor International Hotel

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. There are no complaints about the rooms and their service. But there are some comments about the restaurant. Firstly, the card issued with the electronic key states that the breakfast restaurant is open from 6:30, but if you arrive at this time, you won’t even be able to grab a plate, let alone pour coffee.. The restaurant is more -less begins to be suitable for eating by 7-00, but the coffee machine is still not turned on. The service staff does not notice that guests have already arrived for breakfast and move at their own slow pace. The next complaint about the restaurant is lunch time. Stated from 11-30 to 14-00. When I arrived at 13:00, the manager was very surprised and spent time finding out if I really wanted to have lunch. Then I spent a long time looking for a place for me in the restaurant among dozens of free tables. But at exactly 14:00 they approached me with their electronic translator and asked me to leave their restaurant. Despite the fact that other Chinese guests sitting at other tables were not approached or kicked out. This is the attitude the guests have in this restaurant, it’s a shame. And the restaurant does not even provide a discount for guests of this hotel, although other hotels do this.

I went out with my wife for our eighth anniversary. I asked the hotel for a simple decoration. I didn't expect it to be decorated so well and they even prepared a cake. It was so thoughtful. The breakfast was also very rich. I will come again next time!
