Stayed for three days and two nights, and the room was not disturbed once. I told the front desk that the staff was busy, and they would try to arrange it. It is hard to imagine how such a large chain brand can be so careless about customer experience. I will never stay here again. It is so disappointing.

The hotel has a great location. The lady who checked me in is very welcoming. The room has large floor-to-ceiling windows, which provide excellent lighting.
