itle: Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room.
The room itself was spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, quality toiletries, and a well-stocked minibar.
The hotel also boasts excellent amenities, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Overall, It exceeded my expectations in every way. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

The soundproofing is too poor. There are still a lot of mosquitoes on the 16th floor. I couldn't sleep all night.

The air conditioner is sour, the sheets, quilts and pillows are damp, the front desk will not say a word to you, what kind of smiling service... No, it's better to be polite than the cleaning lady

Stayed for three days and two nights, and the room was not disturbed once. I told the front desk that the staff was busy, and they would try to arrange it. It is hard to imagine how such a large chain brand can be so careless about customer experience. I will never stay here again. It is so disappointing.
