針對該酒店有以下幾點差評：
1、【入住】：定的雙床房入住第一天就説雙床房沒有了説給升級大床套房，我們兩個男生不喜歡大床，但是很累了不想爭衹能將就，套房就是多一個沙發就叫套房。
2、【水壓】：房間內的水壓跟老頭放水一般軟弱無力。
3、【空調】：快10年的空調猶如靈魂提取器，拖拉機般的噪音整晚影響睡眠。
4、【退房】：國慶期間最貴的價格連住4天，午休退房超時20分鐘左右，居然要收費。出差住了10年各大酒店一直都是2點前後退房，有早有晚，晚也不會超過半個小時。服務設施給顧客造成的不便他們無所謂，超了點時還講起了收費規矩。希望你們酒店靠超時費創收擠入泉州酒店年度財報排行Top 1。

首先，春節節假日期間房價上漲毫無疑問，但是，衞生方面真的很不合格，最離譜的是，睡到半夜竟然有衹小蜜蜂，還被蟄到了，酒店房間裏有衹蜜蜂真的真的很離譜！！！還有，衣櫃門只有一半？浴室玻璃竟然還存在黴斑污垢，退房打掃衞生真的合格嗎？

衞生很垃圾，到處是灰，房間特別吵，一大早打掃衞生説話很大聲，隔音差，廁所窗簾都不遮住私隱，是壞的，包括電視也是壞的，打電話，前台衹會説我也沒辦法，你退房吧，真是無語，差勁

前台態度很差，可以説沒有任何服務，房間洗手間電源是壞的但是吹風機是固定在牆上的沒有辦法拿出洗手間。超時了幾分鐘，按照一個小時收費體驗不好
