[Check-in]: On the first day I booked a twin room, I was told that the twin room was no longer available and that I would upgrade to a suite with a king bed. The two of us boys didn’t like the king bed, but we were very tired and didn’t want to fight so we had to settle for a suite. Just one more sofa makes it a suite. 2. [Water pressure]: The water pressure in the room is as weak as an old man draining water. 3. [Air conditioner]: An air conditioner that is almost 10 years old is like a soul extractor. The tractor-like noise affects sleep all night long. 4. [Check-out]: The most expensive price during the National Day period is to stay for 4 days in a row. If you check out after lunch break for about 20 minutes, you will be charged. I have stayed in major hotels for 10 years on business trips and have always checked out before 2 o'clock, whether early or late, and never more than half an hour late. They didn't care about the inconvenience caused by the service facilities to customers, and even talked about the charging rules when the service exceeded the limit.
