首先入住時看到外面有挖機，有要求需要一間相對安靜的房間，前台告知房間之間都差不多，確認過衹是白天施工，晚上不吵的，結果連着兩天都是很早被吵醒，另外進房間時有阿姨在房間擦枱麪，我問是才退房還沒搞好衞生嘛？她説不是，是過來檢查的，然後隨手就把拖地的和抹布同時放在桌上了，我問她怎麼被子都是皺皺的，是不是還沒來得及換啊，她説肯定換啦，早就換過了，是換被子的人沒有塞好才這麼皺，所以她來檢查的，她塞一下就平整了，我就想説那為什麼不在最開始打掃時就立標準和要求呢？難道每間房都要等客人入住時她就來檢查嘛？另外，真的很吵！

預訂的雙人床不帶早餐，平台免費升級到商務雙床房。到了酒店還送了早餐，這點必須點贊。早餐乾淨衞生，還有地方的特色麪線糊。
地理位置上:從廣州帶老婆小孩坐到泉州東，因為帶小孩需要安靜，交通去市區跟泉州東都很快不塞車。
酒店環境:該有的都有，全季酒店該有水平，相對市區擁擠，風景也很好。
本來5.1來的，改到5.17來，性價比沒的説！！！

員工服務 ：不論前檯服務的小弟或是小妹，清潔房間的女工們，又或者負責早餐的工作人員，他們都十分有禮貌，親切。
房間設施 ：相信酒店仍在施工中，所以房內有三處USB 叉電，有兩處沒有電！電視搖控器，換了第三個才能觀看電視！
整體 ： 地理環境不錯附近亦都很多食肆， 員工們服務專業, 又有LG洗衣乾衣機功效免費使用 ，只不過房內部分設施稍欠佳，相信仍在裝修中的緣故！

環境：酒店大門口面對一片荒地，而且還有垃圾，其實第一觀感是不太好的。 （但與酒店自身無關）入住之後，發現房間窗户向下看，也有一大片建築垃圾。這是非常不應該的（如圖1）
衞生：房間靠近窗户的沙發，扶手落滿了灰塵，像是從來沒清理過。
服務：入住之後麻煩前台兩次，一次是洗衣烘乾後麻煩前台放到房間門口，一次是更換硬一些的乳膠枕，都是要經過第二次催促才送上來。雖然我知道不應該對快捷酒店要求太高，但是連續兩次這樣的情況…
設施：浴室裏沒有防滑墊
總體而言，春節期間溢價到了1000+一晚的全季，服務沒有跟上，衞生也沒做好。體驗沒有預期那麼好。

過年期間 由於訂不到市區酒店 選擇了較遠的這家 出行打車還算方便 酒店很新 設施不錯 隔音不好 隔壁娃半夜12點跑來跑去 哇啦哇啦 聽得清清楚楚
早餐東西不多 挺乾淨 吃飽可以 由於過年 吃早飯人很多 桌子小不夠坐

去看演唱會選的這家酒店，因為睡眠淺到酒店前台工作人員很貼心的安排了樓層高的。很貼心，環境也不錯。重點是到了機場發現東西不在啦，就給酒店打電話，聽我描述完之後，留了電話，店員就很用心的去幫我找，真的很感謝。結果居然幫我找到啦，並且還幫我快遞啦。真的很感謝🙏他們酒店有這樣的好員工真的為酒店加分太多
