半夜才到泉州，深夜打擾都感到不好意思，房東還很熱情地引導我們入住。而且房子很乾凈有五十多平，廚房陽台衞生間齊全，一次性衞浴用品都有還免費。下次來泉州還住這裏，性價比高強烈推薦[強][強][強]！

位置優。房子就在晉江市北部，緊鄰鯉城區，兩地旅遊景點可兼顧。這次我們就是去古城坐公交，去五店市也坐公交，很方便。遠的就開車。菜場、商店、理髮等都不遠。設施齊全。洗衣做飯就不必説了，沒有任何問題。電風吹、電風扇（有空調）都有，就和家一樣，且乾淨衞生。房東非常熱情，有問必答，回答迅速，且服務規範，定房有介紹，到達前有詳細明確訊息，不見面就入住了。總之，生活近一個月，非常舒適愉快。

✨[進入房間第一眼]進房間之後發現環境真不錯，兩個房間適合一家五口出門遊玩落腳。

💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]沒想到後面有一個陽台可以晾衣服，而且像個小花園一樣，還能晚上在石凳子上喝茶聊天
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]周邊有商圈，逛街吃飯很方便，而且離景點也不太遠。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]房子設施算是比較齊全，該有的都有。沒有微波爐，空調沒有制熱，但是兩個房間都有暖風機，所以不覺得冷。

退房時候隨便拍的，沒拍沙發因為被我們弄得很亂，沙發墊都拿到外面喝茶的地方坐着了，跟其他人發的一樣，房間非常好，乾淨衞生，配備的生活用品都是高品質的，細節滿滿，擦臉巾，浴巾，就連棉棒都是質量最好的，兩居室我們四個人住，正合適，兩個卧室都很大，都是雙人床，覺得冷壓一床被子，最喜歡的是他家的床單被罩真的乾淨。不像別的民宿用各種花的床單被罩，燈光暗，根本看不清幹不乾淨，這個民宿絕對的白，枕頭被子鬆鬆軟軟。很舒服，空調不制熱，但是給配備了電熱風。不覺得冷，要誇一下熱水，打開就來熱水，浴霸無敵好，洗了熱水澡超級舒服，出來旅遊一週了，一直住酒店，但是昨晚睡在民宿是睡得最好的一個晚上，睜開眼十點多了，吃過飯，全家人在陽台茶桌曬太陽，喝點茶，美好至極，老闆人很好，下次還定這裏！

給房主五星好評👍泉州，泉州地方不大。從晉江機場過來打車也很方便，到其他的地方打車也是很快的，房租很貼心，提前加微信告知入住事項，我們來的這幾天降温，房間的空調衹能製冷，可能南方不需要制暖我們作為北方人入住，覺得這幾天降温，有些冷，房主很貼心的給送來了被子，我出行帶着孩子想早飯給孩子煮點粥，也和房東商量給換一個大一點的電飯煲，房東第二天早上就給送了過來，我們當時出門玩了，因為沒有及時聯繫上房東，還被交警貼了罰單，實在很抱歉，屋子的大小很適合一家人居住，熱水很熱，想嘗一下泉州地道的海魚，房東家廚房的鍋具都是可以使用的，東南門出去向右手邊走一下，拐彎對面就有農貿市場，農貿市場買魚和海鮮都非常方便，這次入住體驗很好，推薦大家入住

比較晚確定要走，網上搜尋酒店都已經六百多一間房，又考慮帶孩子，最後決定到途家民宿上訂小區裏面房子的民宿。一套傳統古樸的房間，有室外露台，沒在那裡欣賞夜景，但坐那吃早飯也很愜意。

性價比超高的一次消費，感覺很好！地中海風格的裝修非常浪漫清新，房東也很熱情，房子裏面所有生活上的用品，甚至可以小煮[咖啡]，房東考慮得很周全[強][強]！衣服弄臟了，想洗一下衣服發現連洗衣液都有準備，還是進口的哈。出行和生活都方便，距離各景點不遠，實在是合算又舒適的一次住宿。
