訂了兩個房間，位置很好，離萬達廣場、五店市非常近，出行方便，設施雖然算全，但不算好，床墊太軟，感覺也不平，衞浴一個馬桶有裂縫，一個花灑沒法固定，電視一個機頂盒不能用，一個投屏都要會員，衞生也非常一般，床品有換過，服務對接的大哥態度還好，總體來説，不太推薦！

該公寓酒樓衞生、服務都不差，房間蠻大的，門口有收費停車場，離五店市老街景區很近，走五分鐘就到了，有美食街可吃到很多的閩南特色食品。

地點好，近萬達、五店市沒話講，但是保潔工作很不到位，第一天入住時，浴室裡前面住過的浴巾未收收、洗臉槽有垃圾，向老闆反應後也很有誠意送了一箱水道歉，但是續住時，保潔人員居然都不來打掃，老闆人還不錯，所以照片我就不上傳了，真心誠意建議老闆換保潔人員還是得好好監督，這樣生意才能久遠.
