After staying at Qixu Reef Hotel, I finally understood the true meaning of ”a good hotel is a destination”.
I have been eyeing this hotel for a long time, and finally I have time to check in. It can be said that I went to Quanzhou because of this hotel. I chose a sunny day on purpose, and Qixu's performance did not disappoint me.
The rooms in this hotel are all facing the sea, so there is no need to worry about the room view. The room type I stayed in this time was Haijing, and I booked Haijiao. Because the room was not tight, I was helped to upgrade to Haijing. Thanks, smart toilet, Dyson hair dryer, especially the bathtub, which amazed me. It was not the conventional white, but a very textured black, round, and very large. I was free in the bathtub and felt like I was taking a private bath.
The hotel designer Xie Ke's deep understanding of nature, materials and space makes the hotel not only a hotel, but also a landmark in Quanzhou.
The hotel lobby is very beautiful, with super long floor-to-ceiling windows, and the endless sea outside the window. I was looking forward to staying there before I even moved in. The front desk was so gentle. I stayed for two days, and Miss Carmen helped me with everything for both days. She was considerate, enthusiastic, and professional. I like it. My housekeeper lsak also provided great service. He helped me make an appointment for the pick-up station in advance and made an appointment for me to cook tea around the fire. If I didn't understand anything, I would just send WeChat and he would help me deal with it in time every time.
The hotel concierge was very polite, especially the handsome panda, who was very talkative. When I left the hotel, he helped me move my luggage and introduced me to the various activities of the hotel in detail. This time I only took pictures and didn't have time to participate in many activities. Next time I come, I will definitely participate.
The hotel breakfast is delicious, especially the shacha noodles, which contains a lot of seafood, which is better than what I ate in the Eight Markets.
