The room is very nice and clean. The pillow height meets my requirements. I don't like pillows that are too high. The bed is quite comfortable. The sound insulation effect of the room is not good. There is too much noise in the room next door. The lady at the front desk has good service!

門的縫隙很大，一個人住感覺不安全，看了下這一層大部分房間都是這樣的？向前台兩個女生反映被奚落一番，説讓我改更貴級別的房間，明明有空房，説這説那的，語氣很不耐煩。建議他們修理一下門他們説就是這樣設計的。後來房卡給我時是帶着氣啪一下扣桌上的，就是這麼的囂張。給家人指導停車時沒找到電梯問了幾個問題感覺人家把你當**一樣。耳機不小心在房間了也説沒看到。
本來想打一星，後來反饋給經理態度還可以，就多一星吧。
