The directions in the hotel lobby are not very clear, and the security guards and lobby doormen did not give any directions when checking in. The room arrangement is OK. The air conditioner was turned on and fruits were prepared when checking in, and someone led us into the room. The breakfast is quite rich, and the piggy park is amazing. It feels like a foreign manor, the design is very good, suitable for taking children to play

I have stayed in wanda hotels several times before. I feel that this time was probably the best experience I have had thus far at Wanda hotels.The room was very clean and the checkin process was flawless. I feel the front of house staff are very polite and welcoming. I was made aware of the opening times of gym and pool etc. Overall,a really pleasant experience.

Dinner is the main set meal, the overall evaluation is average, it is a shortcoming that the hotel can improve!

Service: It happened to rain on the day I arrived at the hotel. The hotel entrance and lobby were not in the same place. There was no one to greet and carry luggage at the entrance. I had to call the front desk to arrange for someone to take the luggage and lead the way. The experience was very bad. The first impression was 50% off. 2. Environment: The outside environment is nothing to say. I think 90% of the people who stay here are going for the environment of Lu Nu Lake. I have to say that the exclusive lake view is excellent. There are also a few cats in the hotel, all of which are quite docile and children like them. It only takes three to five minutes to walk from the hotel to Lu Nu Lake, especially in the morning. It is still very good to go to Lu Nu Lake for a walk. 3. Hygiene: The internal hygiene of the room at this price is OK, no problem. 4. Facilities: This must be complained about. The key light in the room is always on at night, and the brightness is not low, which greatly affects sleep. And the smoke detector on the roof is not the normal small red light flashing but white light flashing, which is speechless. The hotel has a gym and a children's activity room. There are relatively few gym facilities, and no one is serving the children's activity room. When I went there, the lights were turned off, and some facilities were broken. The experience was average. 5. Food: There is nothing to eat nearby. Basically, I eat in the hotel? The hotel's main meal is ordered, and the price is not too expensive. The set meal for two or three people is about 270, but the dishes are a bit salty. There are quite a lot of breakfast varieties and the taste is also okay. When checking out, some small biscuits were given. In general, the environment is okay, but whether it is worth the price is another matter. If I give a score, I can give three points, 2 points for the scenery, and 1 point for the breakfast. Finally, the sound insulation of the hotel door corridor is really very poor. You can hear any door closing and talking outside clearly. The lights and sound insulation in front are a nightmare for people who are sensitive to sleep.

The room is very new and the view is nice. I thought it would be ordinary, but it turned out to be a small surprise. I went early and the front desk gave me a room without paying extra. The price-performance ratio is really good. The breakfast is also rich, and I also got coffee to take away. When I left, the room also gave me mineral water. Next time, I can try the Fairfield Inn opposite
