The check-in experience was good. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I felt the meticulous service. The housekeeper Xiao Hu contacted in advance to arrange the room before arriving at the store. I have stayed in wanda hotels several times before. I feel that this time was probably the best experience I have had thus far at Wanda hotels.The room was very clean and the checkin process was flawless. The air conditioning in the room was not good. I slept so hot on the first night. The air conditioning was turned on all night but it didn't work. The more I slept, the hotter it got. When I booked the hotel, I used the Ctrip Platinum membership benefit, which said that I could check out at 3 pm. I asked the front desk, although I could check out at 3 pm, the hotel said that they did not have this benefit.
