The experience was very bad, summarized as follows: 1. The doorman was indifferent to us because we had so many luggages. He didn't help us at all and just watched us. When we reported this to the front desk, he said, "What uniform is he wearing? He's not from our hotel, but from the mall!" ... I don't care what uniform you wear. If you don't apologize, it's fine. The first reaction is to quibble. 2. The hygiene is not good. As soon as I entered, I saw that the table next to the sofa was not cleaned and there was hair. 3. The sound insulation is very poor. The sound of rain can be heard very clearly. My dad said that he thought someone came in the middle of the night because of the loud noise. 4. The breakfast is terrible. And!! The four of us bought four breakfasts. I took my parents' room cards and asked them to go in and sit first (my mother was with a four-month-old baby). The waiter at the breakfast door insisted on calling my parents back to swipe the card. I said that the room cards are all with me! He said that everyone has to swipe! I said that you can swipe my card four times, don't you have to swipe each person's card? I was speechless. The attitude was like we evaded the ticket... Very disrespectful. In short, the experience is very bad, especially the service, which is not professional at all!

This Marriott is quite unique. The front desk is on the 27th floor, with a great view from the floor-to-ceiling glass. The room is spacious, with floor-to-ceiling glass for a great night view.
