酒店服務很好，前台小姐姐很貼心，房間裏還放了本四年級下冊的語文書，特地翻到了雙龍洞那課，讓小朋友加深印象，另外酒店的活動也很不錯，大人和小朋友玩的都很開心，期間因為不小心受傷了，前台小姐姐還專門拿了冰塊敷，很貼心，其次這個酒店離景點很近，所以帶娃的很方便，不得不提房間陽台的花園也很大，很適合晚上朋友小酌一杯，熊貓豬豬的月餅好吃，下次還會選擇這家酒店。

酒店有很多設施，露天游泳池，射箭，羽毛球等，

第一次評論，招待所品質賣度假村價格。分主、副樓～晚上8點到被安排在副樓1樓黴味很重，不是太晚了就退房走了。貓眼兒被紙巾堵住了～紙巾盒裡的紙也是稀碎～和圖片宣傳完全不符。

酒店外觀很特別，大廳的大門特別顯檔次。工作人員非常認真負責，管家小包的服務也很到位。從酒店到雙龍洞非常方便哦，7點半吃過早飯步行到洞口，直接進洞都不需要排隊呢。

很驚喜，雙龍酒店把歷史和現代融合得如此和諧。強推這個酒店的理由是：地理位置極佳！服務周到！
酒店就在雙龍洞景區的出口處附近，從雙龍洞出來，兩三分鐘絲滑回到酒店，誰懂大熱天景區出來直接躺空調房的救贖感！
服務也沒得説，工作人員小包很熱情地幫我們拿行李去房間、告知我們遊玩路線，安排的房間進出非常方便。
非常愉快的一次入住。

非常推薦，雖然衞生間瓷磚破了，有點不愉快，小朋友有點嚇到，但是酒店小姐姐第一時間趕來並且換了豪華套房，補了第二天的午餐。酒店到雙龍洞太方便了，省去了太多排隊時間。
