Yunhao Yunxuan Pool Open-air Cinema Hotel (Xiaoshun Town)

Booked a family room. I originally went for the rocking horse that my children love to play with, but when I entered the room, there was none, not even children's slippers. Very disappointed, the experience was greatly reduced. Fortunately, the communication with the front desk was relatively smooth, and the front desk gave each person a breakfast coupon. Surprisingly, the breakfast was very delicious and the chef Aunt Li was very enthusiastic. My family and I also said that Aunt Li was so enthusiastic that it was as if she owned the hotel. I think this is the quality a service staff should have! Big praise for Aunt Li👍

Everything is good, clean and sanitary. The decoration and layout of the room are also very creative and fashionable. The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic and professional. Seeing that it was our first time to stay, he even helped us upgrade the room. Overall, it was a good stay. A great stay experience, I will stay here again if I have the opportunity.

因為是出差 事情沒辦完又續住了一晚上 酒店房間衞生打掃的很乾凈 工作人員服務態度非常好 處理問題非常及時 早餐很可口 設施也很齊全 有健身房 洗衣房 還有一個很大的露台花園 上面的月季花都開了 很好看 離輕軌站很近衹需要坐兩站就能到金華南站 很方便的 性價比挺高的

酒店看起來比較新，樓下那家麪館味道不錯。 晚上到店，怕第二天忘記開票，結果前台美女不會開發票，要求加酒店微信。希望前台可以培訓一下如何開發票！ 好久沒有被酒店收按金了，還以為酒店有什麼重要物品，也沒有看到。 樓道空的房間很多沒有關門，萬一有物品丟失、或者有人破壞，不知道算誰的。 早晨阿姨滿熱情，就是桌子沒有擦。早晨沒有咖啡，小鬱悶！ 酒店整體感覺裝修可以，投影也不錯。不過可能管理人員不夠專業吧，很多細節不到位。

酒店服務態度很好哦 進門就有前台小哥哥小姐姐倒茶水 特別是在這兩天天氣熱的情況下 真的讓人感覺很舒服 客房阿姨 廚師阿姨每個人都很好 房間又乾淨 又整潔 真的太棒了呢 還有可愛的小機器人 晚上還可以去樓上露台坐着鞦韆吹風 還有洗衣房 健身房 性價比很高

體驗真棒會推薦朋友來，這個酒店性價比有點高，辦入住等待主動送上茶水及彈煙灰的杯子。工作人員很有禮貌，環境不錯樓頂還有露台花園，酒店衞生乾淨整潔，很好的酒店。
