It is a luxurious and high-end star hotel in Jinhu. The hotel environment waiter has a good attitude. Due to personal needs, the front desk lady has given a free upgrade to a single room. The room I stayed in has a large balcony and faces the lake view. The room has a large floor-to-ceiling glass, standing on the balcony facing the lake view is very pleasant, breakfast is not bad

This hotel is totally unprepared for the high traffic during the holidays, and the service is ridiculously poor. There was a car parked for a kilometer along the side of the scenic spot entrance on May Day. I drove to the scenic spot entrance and called the hotel front desk to ask how to get in. The front desk said that I had taken the wrong route and that their hotel was still some distance away from the scenic spot. As a result, I found out that the route she said was wrong. I called again, and a man answered the phone. He said that the route I had just taken was correct. Not only did I waste time going back and forth, but there were more cars stuck at the entrance. In the end, I parked outside and walked about 15 kilometers to get in. When I reported this problem, the front desk didn't even apologize. I had to walk a distance to the entrance of the scenic spot to register at the front desk, and then I had to walk a distance to the room, all the way on foot. The hotel didn't have lunch yet, and I had to walk about a kilometer to the restaurant in the scenic spot. It was full and the food quality was average. The hotel breakfast was also full. Don't go!
