How did this hotel get the four-star rating? The design, facilities and management are a mess! This is the most expensive but the worst hotel I stayed in during the Spring Festival. There was no electricity in one of the power sockets at the head of the bed; the four-star hotel only had a compact diamond shower room that leaked; the wash basin was also leaking, and it was still leaking after being repaired, making the bathroom full of water; there were no switches on both sides of the head of one of the twin beds, so the lights could not be turned on or off; there were a total of 3 lights in the room, which were very dim, and only one switch could be controlled for the two lights above the bed; the towels were thin and short, and I couldn't even reach them to rub my back; the air conditioner sounded like a tractor; there was not even a writing stool in the room; the trash can at the elevator entrance was very dirty... If I had to say something good, the front desk staff responded quickly and did things efficiently!

The hotel environment is very good, the hygiene is very good, the room is tidy and clean, the waiter's attitude is very good, the breakfast is very good, light and delicious. Next time I travel, I will choose Hongyuan again.

There is a concierge to help you open the car door when you enter the door! Stayed for two nights! The lobby is grand, parking is still free, the environment is beautiful, and the breakfast is rich and nutritious!

I was quite satisfied with the breakfast variety and service. The receptionist had a stiff attitude and forced me to pay a deposit of 200 yuan without providing any hotel regulations. When I returned the deposit, I had to wait for 20 minutes and it was not done in time.

The room facilities are OK, the hygiene is good, the service is good, the charging plugs we requested were delivered to the room quickly, the environment is OK, the breakfast is rich, the dry noodles are very special and taste good.
