This hotel is totally unprepared for the high traffic during the holidays, and the service is ridiculously poor. There was a car parked for a kilometer along the side of the scenic spot entrance on May Day. I drove to the scenic spot entrance and called the hotel front desk to ask how to get in. The front desk said that I had taken the wrong route and that their hotel was still some distance away from the scenic spot. As a result, I found out that the route she said was wrong. I called again, and a man answered the phone. He said that the route I had just taken was correct. Not only did I waste time going back and forth, but there were more cars stuck at the entrance. In the end, I parked outside and walked about 15 kilometers to get in. When I reported this problem, the front desk didn't even apologize. I had to walk a distance to the entrance of the scenic spot to register at the front desk, and then I had to walk a distance to the room, all the way on foot. The hotel didn't have lunch yet, and I had to walk about a kilometer to the restaurant in the scenic spot. It was full and the food quality was average. The hotel breakfast was also full. Don't go!
