床單都是破的，窗户玻璃隔音很差。
早餐的餐廳，早上零下兩三度，空調都不開。拿的早餐很快就涼了，人也很冷。
酒店前台服務態度好，但是其他就不怎麼樣了。
提個意見，專門寵物友好的房間，最好別弄地毯。

除了酒店前台其他的工作人員也都很熱情禮貌

就在萬達廣場旁邊，出行太方便了，即便過年周邊也有很多吃喝玩樂，不用愁！
早餐還不錯，選擇很多，牛肉米粉也好吃！
服務很好啊，酒店打掃阿姨，前台菇涼都很熱情
寵物友好！ 這點太贊啦！

大堂前台和餐廳還不錯，服務也還可以，窗子關不上馬上來人弄了半天最後還是沒弄好換了一間，入住送來水果，晚上有宵夜，早餐也還可以＇上樓到房間一路感覺老舊，地毯上全是斑斑點點煙頭燙印，房間設施比較陳舊

感謝寵物友好酒店！
位置好，去哪都方便。
停車位少，晚上來晚的沒有車位，還狂按喇叭。
隔音差些，樓下是餐廳，晚上喝多了鬧騰，睡眠不好的不行，房間的窗户幾乎沒有隔音效果。

麗怡酒店就在荊州萬達廣場旁邊，吃飯特別方便，荊州給我的印象非常好，酒店服務人員熱情，酒店有自己的停車場，停車方便，早餐好吃，還有夜宵，房間寬敞乾淨，第二天去的荊州博物館和古城牆，喜歡荊州，再來還住這家酒店。
