Jingzhou Yingcheng Livable Hotel

It rained on the day we checked in. The hotel provided a shuttle bus to take guests to check in and then to the room. The Chinese food in the hotel tasted good. Gong'an beef, fried eel shreds, and bean and rice pork ribs soup were all very special. The service attitude was also very good. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel environment is very good. It is also very close to Fantawild. The shuttle bus is available 24 hours a day. I originally booked a deluxe suite, but the customer service called and said it was upgraded and renovated. They directly upgraded us to a lake view villa for free. All the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. I will choose Kaiyuan Yiju again when I go to Jingzhou next time.

The experience of staying here is quite good. The ferryman and the hotel staff are very friendly and the room is very comfortable. I will bring my family to stay here next time I come to Jingzhou! However, the two front desk staff on the day of check-in were like emotionless robots, with no expression throughout the whole process, which was a very bad experience. 😒 There is a children's playground behind the hotel, where children can spend most of the night. It is also close to Fantawild, which is very good.

Whenever I have a holiday, I will arrange a family trip. This time I chose Jingzhou Yingcheng Kaiyuan Resort Hotel. It looks good from the pictures. I arrived at the hotel to check in on the afternoon of May 1st. Because I booked it early, in early March, I called the hotel and Ctrip to note that the rooms must be arranged together. My parents are old, so it is convenient to stay next to them at night to take care of them. In order not to separate them, I also booked a family room for my parents, 101, 102, and 105. However, 101 was actually a separate room at the front. There were stairs a few steps outside. Although it was not high, I was worried that they would fall. I told the front desk that it was full. I was really speechless! Then the hardware facilities in the room were very average. There is no place to hang clothes and towels in the whole bathroom. You can only put them on the washstand outside. Although there are two rooms in the family room, there is no bench in both rooms, which is very inconvenient. There is a small terrace, but there is only a hanging basket. It is not easy for the elderly to sit on it. Later, I asked the waiter for two chairs, which are also the kind of benches with straight backs and no armrests. The water temperature for the shower on the first day was very low, estimated to be only about 41 degrees. After reporting to the front desk on the second day, the engineer adjusted the water temperature and it was much better. In addition, the toothbrushes were all the same color, which was difficult to distinguish. There was no makeup mirror on the washstand! The breakfast room was actually on the second floor of a separate building. There was no elevator, and it was very inconvenient for the elderly to go up and down the stairs! The breakfast variety was okay, not too much or too little. There were only American and espresso coffees. Overall, the service attitude was okay, and some details needed to be strengthened. The advantage is that the design of the entire park is very good. It looks beautiful from the outside and is relatively large. The battery car picks up and takes you to the parking lot and the front desk! Another thing is that the hotel held a barbecue festival or a lobster festival on the day we checked in, and there were people singing outdoors. In fact, there were no people at all. It felt like two tables of guests staying in the hotel were sitting there drinking and chatting. It feels a bit like it destroys the overall environment! Overall, I feel that the garden design is great, but the hotel room design is too bad, not humane at all. I didn't stay in other room types, and only commented on the family room!

In addition, I feel that the service staff are somewhat insufficient. The service attitude is very good, but the comprehensive service response time is a little long.

The shape of the houseboat is unique, but the facilities inside are average. It's okay for the novelty, but it's really inconvenient on rainy days. The parking is some distance away from the residence. Although there is a shuttle bus, it goes up and down without a shelter from the rain. If it rains heavily, clothes and luggage will get wet.
