出差這麼多次，最差的一次體驗。
半夜快12點了，隔壁房間打麻將吵的不行。要求換房，前台説領導下班了，不能換；讓我等隔壁打完麻將將就好了。這邏輯，也真是醉了。
好巧不巧，下樓去理論又趕上兩個前台換班，女的説要下班了，不想管；男的説剛上班，也不想管。客人要求換個房間，跟誰上班有什麼關係！
磨嘰了半天，要了主管的電話，我自己打給主管才把問題解決。
這服務意識，也真是無語！

忘記拍照片了、做了一個俯卧撐差點吐掉、垃圾盒沒有清理，地板上垃圾壓根就沒有處理，不是一次性鞋拖，不知道消毒沒有，走了都丟一份茶葉盒也不打電話通知，服務人員高興就給早餐卷、不高興就要客户花錢買！徹底封殺這個店、虛假廣告、房價偏貴！差差差…
