這次暑假帶孩子到湖北遊玩，根據行程安排在荊州住兩晚，訂了麗楓酒店，真的是意外的驚喜，房間寬敞衞生整潔，還有免費洗衣房，真的給我們遊客提供了很大的便利。住的10樓，樓層管家陳姐在我們外出遊玩時幫忙把收拾房間得乾乾淨淨，還給就了温馨小字條，還有前台幫忙聯繫了快遞，我們先寄了一部分行李回家，真是太感謝啦！以後如果有機會再來荊州，還會住這裏。

差到極致，衞生條件極差，安全隱患極大，毫無應急處理能力。賠償訴求不滿足，已打400電話，以及市長熱線投訴。
1.衞生狀況極差，今年第一次來住時，洗完澡發現浴巾是臟的，這浴巾你們自己會用嗎？
2.安全隱患大，應急響應能力極差。第二次來住，6月11日退房時，突然停電，被困電梯20分鐘，這20分鐘酒店方面無人排查電梯是否有人被困，如果當時沒帶手機，或者手機無信號，可能後果無法估量！因為電梯無燈光、排風系統停止工作，空間狹小，又熱又悶，氧氣不夠。而且電梯應急按鈕無反應，前台電話打不通，可以説酒店壓根不知道電梯裏有人，也不關心電梯裏有沒有人被困。我撥打110報警，告知自己被困酒店位置。隨後撥打電梯內的電梯維修電話，謝天謝地，幸虧維修人員離此不遠，趕過來將我救出。出來才知道電梯電梯卡在7-8樓之間，我揹着包，提着行李箱走到一樓，剛好碰到110民警趕到，酒店經理看警察來了，這時候想起報警了，跟警察反應情況，你**早幹嘛去了？早點不知道打110？

房間也比較大，非常不錯！還有免費車接送！前台小姐姐態度很好 去方特十分鐘的車程 很滿意值得推薦。例如我們回去的時候，有專車送我們到荊州火車站🚉

酒店設施方便，服務很不錯，酒店環境還不錯，周邊吃飯的也很方便，酒店離高鐵站也很近。離方特也很近。早餐品種不多，但是阿姨服務態度都非常好，房間隔音一般，旁邊房間插插座都能聽到，總體還是不錯的，有高鐵接送服務。下次還來～
