During the two-night trip, someone knocked on the door at around 5:40 on the first night, which made me sleep poorly! The next morning, I went downstairs to eat breakfast alone (assuming my room included breakfast for two). My child didn't want to get up, so he asked the waiter if he could bring some up to eat. The answer was yes! The hotel waiter had to bring it himself, and the result was only two eggs, a few longans and a few small oranges. I was speechless! I have stayed in so many five-star hotels, but this is the worst one!

The room is OK but it doesn't match the price. The service and breakfast are really bad. I thought I didn't want to write a bad review during the Chinese New Year. But after a day, I still feel uncomfortable. Why can't I write my true feelings after spending money? I booked breakfast, but it ended at 10:00 and it was already like this when I went at 9:30. The floor stools were so dirty that I couldn't look at it. It's busy during the Chinese New Year. Don't they know how many guests are staying and how many people are eating breakfast? Then why do you have so many guest rooms? ? ? When I left, they gave me a small cake as a gift. Is it always because there are problems? I just want to get rid of it with something. Sorry, I really don't want it. Can giving me a cake now make up for the time I missed to eat cake? They also said that the hotel was recommended by good reviews, or that it was a high-end hotel. I stay here every time I come to Jingzhou. The environment is very quiet and the breakfast is very rich! There are concerts in the lobby during the Chinese New Year and lion dances on New Year's Day. The experience is very good and the stay is very comfortable🥂

Very satisfied! The best hotel in Jingzhou, no doubt about it. I stayed here for a long time during the second Spring Festival. The service attitude is very good! Especially the cleaning lady, she is great! The room was upgraded for free, and the five tigers that my baby likes were given as a gift. The swimming pool is the biggest highlight! I will come again. The breakfast variety can be richer. Compared with other Wyndham hotel breakfasts, it has a little less variety, but it is generally acceptable.
