環境乾凈 服務態度誠懇 早餐內容直擊準五星水準 鄰近荊州古城景區 交通便利 鄰近萬達廣場 飲食多元，唯升級房型與原來無明顯差異，無煙房需求亦未能被滿足，其他整體性價比高。

經常住萬豪，這家真的很一般，雖然是4星，但是體驗感真的一般
設施：洗漱區太敷衍了，特別是那個洗手枱，牙刷就那樣插着
衞生：那個沙發很臭，毛巾一打開都是臟的
環境：前台很小，酒店樓層走道很長，整體環境讓人有種緊迫感
服務：感受不到有什麼好的服務
🥣🥟早餐也一般，蒸品的是不熱的
Room service 早上就來打掃了，好又不好😢 拖了地。回來的時候地板都還沒幹

位置方便，有地下停車場，停車方便。房間設施齊全，實用，唯一讓人不舒服的是：馬桶設定在盥洗台旁邊，且無任何遮擋。這對於帶孩子入住的我們來説有點尷尬😅水温水壓都很舒服，掛衣區也寬敞。

房間比較大，裝修豪華，還有冰箱，免費贈送 4 聽飲料
幹區和床之間是上軌道吊滑玻璃門，設計比較少見
床很軟，很大，睡着比較舒服，燈光很好，氛圍感比較強
不過通風不是特別好，窗户衹能開一點點，房間有點悶
停車很方便，有兩層地下停車場
地理位置特別好，旁邊就是萬達廣場，出行非常方便
