一家人過來荊州旅遊，下高速選擇了楚星酒店。酒店的工作人員熱情，幫我們介紹荊州旅遊景點及吃飯的餐館。房間蠻舒適，特別喜歡這家酒店的床，睡着比較舒適。總體來説還是蠻滿意！

第一印象就是乾淨，漂亮，而且房間住起來特別安靜温馨，前台小姐姐特別熱情，服務特別好，還給我免費升級了房型，因為要出去遊玩，詢問了路線，小姐姐也是很耐心的講解，客房阿姨也很周到，第一次不熟悉酒店，阿姨給帶到房間門口，就是特別好，很愉快！
