The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the waiters are polite, the rooms are very clean and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. I like the mattress and pillows of Vienna Hotel, and I use the same ones at home. The buffet breakfast is also very good, and the coffee is from Starbucks. This is my first bad review. The hotel service is not in place. First of all, there is a parking problem. There are spaces in the ground parking lot that are not allowed to park, and there is no one on duty. After asking at the front desk, I was told to park in the underground parking lot. After parking, I went to the front desk to check in, and was told that the car was parked in the wrong place. After arriving at the parking lot, I couldn’t enter the hotel parking space. I was told to pay and leave the parking lot before re-entering...! I originally wanted to find a better hotel to rest. The room price of 474 yuan should be fine in Jingzhou. I went to the front desk to check in and asked for a quiet room. As a result, I found that it was facing the street after checking in. I really didn’t have the energy to change rooms. The room is big enough, but the sound insulation is not good. You can hear the cough of the neighbor next door. The noise of cars on the street is also loud.
