床頭有尿騷味，很重，沒有喊服務員來看，估計看了也不承認 噁心死了 ，第一次給五星級酒店提差評 真的是難聞了， 其他整體也很差 ，完全不像五星標準 妥妥的商務酒店 白瞎了幾百塊，萬達到荊州的管理太菜了

房間很新，服務員都很熱情，從門僮到前台到客房服務員。 攜程給了萬達的金卡註冊，酒店安排了萬達會員的高樓層。去了荊州博物館、享受了攜程的2點鐘退房。 早餐比較精緻，荊州魚糕寬米粉很好吃。用餐過程中，廚師送來圖片的微笑甜餅，很驚喜。二樓中餐廳的菜品也精緻。

富力萬達嘉華酒店在荊州應該算是最好的酒店了。酒店位置優越，旁邊就是萬達廣場，吃喝玩樂都有，很方便。離着荊州古城牆也不是很遠，離着荊州火車站也不遠。very good👍🏻

實在是懶得換地方住，衹好又住了一晚，發現的問題更多，一次性洗漱用品質量不好，停車場管理亂臟差，不是下雨天到處是水，廁所垃圾桶特別不好用且小，現在都是用直筒無蓋的，更方便丟垃圾些，希望改進更象一個五星酒店！

還不錯，交通方便，房間也大，旁邊有萬達商場，一般吃的喝的都有，就是這季節酒店空調太熱了，不能調，衹能開窗，如果沒窗，真難受。早餐味道不錯，各種醃菜很喜歡，可惜沒有賣的
