酒店位置門頭不容易看到，及其小的一個電梯門，前台服務態度一般，平台兑換了提前四小時入住和免費升級房型的權益，我提前問過客服讓客服幫問酒店是否可以使用，酒店告訴客服是可以正常使用的，結果我到了酒店告訴我不能使用，因為升級的房型沒有了，ok不能使用就算了，然後給我安排的房間衞生這麼差，都不檢查的嗎就直接安排，本來轉機一晚上就想到酒店好好休息，搞起這麼鬧心，然後給我換了間房，是升級後的其他房型，明明有這種房型為什麼在之前不給直接使用呢，要出現衞生問題客訴了以後才給升級，何必多此一舉，最後的處理結果還是攜程客服解決的……
