衞生間的門關不上。充電線要掃碼才能用，找總枱問，要我用掃碼的充電寶。後來又打電話。問我要充電線嗎？告訴總枱要，就是不見送來。總枱一共打了三個電話，説送充電線來，就是不見有人來送。隔一個多小時，打一個電話，不送線，還不要我睡覺，是吧！這樣的服務，太差。怎麼能收 291元。

出差來住，床頭能看到小蜘蛛。整體感覺有點破舊
中午還沒來得及退房想着休息一下睡個午覺，剛睡醒一點鐘酒店前台就打電話來催退房。一點五十又打了電話催退房。出差那麼多酒店這次體驗感最差好像被逼着退房一樣。不會有下一次體驗了

房間很乾凈，服務也不錯，早餐是免費的，較為豐富，如果早餐能更豐盛點就更完美了，停車很便利，停車場位置很好找，車位很寬，這點超好！熱水出水也很快，空調效果也不錯！一次性住了四天！

不要住！服務態度的非常差，想法設法多收費，多要一根浴巾也説要多付錢！預訂的訂單明明標了兑換水果，每次都是問了才拿，要嘛就藉口説時間過了沒有了！？上面顯示的本來就是入住前房間放水果！真的做不起活動別做！吐了🤮！
