花了差不多300塊，衞生差，被套和枕頭上全是煙味，室內設施也差，洗漱用品什麼的都是那種特別差的，室內到處都是壞的，門也是壞的，一點都不安全。

首先寫的20平米，實際衹有16平米，其次它的圖片都是曝光過的。這些都還好，畢竟價格不貴。然後我説下我有意思的入住情況。我兩點半到，老闆不在，有個清潔阿姨開的，她那是沒有平台，所以看了我的訂單開了一間（一樣的我的身份證）收按金30，五點半因有事走，我下去問能退麼，此時是老闆在，我説我就房間坐了三個小時，他就很好説話的啥説按金可以退，房費（120兩天）要平台退，他説不是他那收的，不然他也給我退啊啥啥的，讓我去平台申請退，平台給就給，不給也沒辦法。還確定了我是哪一單！給我退了30按金（下單的身份證和我的不是同一個）我就出去了取消訂單，此時還是未入住的。過了一會顯示已入住，再過了一會平台過來問啥情況，我説能退麼，平台説要問老闆，然後過了一會説是老闆説要扣費，我問多少，説50，我説是老闆説的麼？能在溝通下麼，畢竟一晚上才60我還啥也沒用，也退的早。後續就是平台説老闆那邊説要麼就五十（老闆説的無論多久，進去就是五十）要麼就不退。所以我想表達的是，要扣費**當面説，我認了，何必？又當又立！

比較不錯 房間很大 20多平 住起來很安逸，性價比也不錯 每次來靖西都是住這家的。停車也比較方便，周邊吃飯什麼的也方便！
