地理位置是真的好，附近都是吃的，錦綉古鎮龍潭公園都在附近
房間設施都很舊了，衞生其實還是可以的，就是浴缸旁跟浴簾黴點很嚴重了都沒有處理，看着就很不舒心了

酒店地理位置優越，周邊美食很多。但設施老舊。服務也不是到位。我們帶着孩子入住讓酒店給我升級一下房型，但被告知不可以。我覺得這個酒店有這麼好的位置，而且是掛牌的四星，為什麼不好好的裝修一下呢？唯一滿意的是酒店的早餐還可以。

住過的最差的四星級酒店！屋裡設施老舊不説，連一次性拖鞋都沒有。裏面的洗漱用品品質就像私人旅館差不多。毛巾還有破洞。早上下樓吃早餐，電梯一直都是滿人的，無奈衹能從13樓走下去，早飯類型也完全沒有星級的標準，就幾份青菜和白粥 小包子，像麪包片糕點這種食品都沒有。忘記拍照片了！

住酒店二十五年以上，從未住過如此差的酒店，竟然還是四星？？？！！！一星都不配！！！羅列以下差評:
1️⃣牆皮發黴，牆紙脱落，整面牆！！
2️⃣燈少昏暗基本看不清地面的東西，床頭燈和寫字枱燈都壞了，無法使用！
3️⃣廁所門打開一半就撞到馬桶，人進不去！需要關門才能扭身進入。
4️⃣房間進來的過道有蜘蛛網
5️⃣毛巾破洞
6️⃣裝修老，傢俱至少是上個世紀的水平
7️⃣樓道閃燈和**一樣
8️⃣電梯慢，這個評論裏很多人提到了，沒有二十分鐘你上不去，下樓過程中見到很多長者在爬樓
9️⃣早餐差，九點不到就沒菜嘍，剩速凍饅頭，這個評論區基本都提了
🔟停車場小門不到晚上十點就關了，讓客人繞一大圈才能進酒店

1️⃣2️⃣沐浴露洗髮水太差了，招待所都比這個好

吹風機插座整個暴露在空氣中，抽水馬桶全是污漬，浴室簾子發黴，水龍頭滿是水漬，晚上洗澡衹有温水，早上洗漱衹有冷水，服務員一副愛搭不理的樣子...這樣的“四星”酒店
