房間淋浴水不熱，晚上空調製熱不到一小時左右就自動控制不制熱了！早飯7—9點、8:00左右去就衹有米粉，其它什麼吃的都沒有了，連鹹菜都沒有，等了半天上了一盤炒白菜，設備落後，洗澡時整個浴室都是水！

衹是貴酒店對豪華兩個字有什麼誤解，脱落的牆皮，漏音的窗户，撿漏的裝修。設施陳舊，衞生一般。馬路邊很吵。位置吃飯方便。讓加一個枕頭，服務員直接拿來一個被人用過很久且汗味很大且有破洞的，後面我要求換乾淨的還是給換了，衹是這第一時間給我個臟枕頭我不能理解！早餐過於簡單！

設施：有點舊，設施齊全，訂了兩間房，一間房空調不好使，凍了一晚上。
衞生：挺好的，被子，拖鞋有消毒。
環境：外面靠馬路實在太吵了。
服務：挺好的。餐廳飯又貴又難吃！！

前台及客房工作人員服務熱情，態度好。客房打掃的乾淨衞生，無異味。床上用品及毛巾浴巾乾淨衞生。24小時熱水好。有冷暖空調。有電梯。有自己的停車場（免費）。交通方便。購物方便。吃飯方便。
