房間的被罩是爛的，都是洞洞，房間隔音很差很差，前台區別對待客人，攜程訂房低人一等。。。

每次來京山都住這裏， 非常方便，旁邊就是燒烤店，超市也很近。服務態度好，防曬衣掉房間裏面，服務員馬上放前台，打電話給我，很及時。

시설은 화장실 샤워부스가 너무 좁고 작으며

整體來説還是很不錯的，訂的房間顯示22-28平方，實際只有20平方的，之前住都還好，這次旁邊的一家三口非常吵，晚上睡覺了都被吵醒，還有狗子叫，隔音是不好，床還是挺柔軟的

停車相對還算好！附近吃飯地方也多 環境還可以 唯一就是空調不咋滴 不知道是沒開熱風還是什麼 開着不熱。門口燈 找房方便

位置超級方便，附近吃喝逛步行幾分鐘就可以。主打智能設施但是小度連不上網絡，白天想開個窗簾都沒成功。智能馬桶坐墊加熱很舒適，有配護理包很貼心。衞生還行，但是毛巾架用濕紙巾擦了一下灰不少，沙發也有一些臟印子。但是整體還是很不錯的。前台小姐姐很耐心親和。
