酒店位於屈家嶺這邊，是個小地方，能有這麼一個酒店還是不錯的，不能和大城市比，一切中規中矩，勉強可以吧。

不明白評分為何偏低，我個人感覺各方面都還不錯，環境安靜房間內設施配備都不錯，尤其值得一提的是酒店背後直通勞動實踐教學基地，在裏面走走轉轉很是愜意，下次去五三出差仍然會選擇入住。

停車場很大，可惜是露天的。房內設施要更新了，洗手池下水按鈕有點問題。
內設餐廳性價比高，但是竟然對住宿客人沒有折扣。

多次入住金色假日酒店，這一次體驗是最不好的，房間空調製冷差，晚上21點至23點，空調製冷3小時房間温度降不下來，室內30度，室外26度，反映給前台，電話溝通，話沒説完，前台直接掛斷電話，且態度真不是一般的差！

整體來説挺不錯，特別是是前台值得點個贊！但是客服部的不得不給個差評！1:第一天要送幾個衣架、送過來了過後他説：櫃子裏面有衣架。我説：我知道，不夠。她説：有幾個了還不夠。我覺得有點好笑，我夠的話還要拿衣架幹嘛？冬天的衣服本來就多。2:我們連續住了五天晚上，第二天早上，起床的出門的時候正好碰見客房部打掃房間的員工，我就讓他給我打掃房間，換一下床單被套，她説：不退房的話我們都是三天才換。我説：我要求你換可不可以。結果她還是那句不退的房的我們都是三天才換。我真的………結果晚上回去的時候看還是沒換床單。第二天，我弄了請勿打擾，結果九點多就一直敲門問我打不打掃房間。我真的………
