小縣城裡麪的酒店 也沒別的可選了 一般般 酒店有點歷史感 價格還好 小地方消費低 附近有吃的 還有水果特別推薦 巨便宜 我們買了幾大袋10塊錢 一路吃到西寧😀

最不滿意的是前台服務，進去的時候前台有2個工作人員，都在接微信視頻，身份證放在前台了，還是依舊沒有人理，後來問前台需要按金嗎？問了2次直接裝作沒有聽見，等我要找經理投訴時，前台給的答覆：經理不在休假2天，就沒有下文了，這麼大點酒店就這樣的服務態度
值得點贊點是客房服務員的素質比前台好太多了

第一天入住和前台發生了不愉快，找前台經理給個説法，前台説經理不在，第二天下午5點多給了個差評以後，客房大姐上來給我道歉了，入住3天2夜，未見負責人對前台的態度有過解釋，退房時前台也道歉了，還説經理已經給員工罰款了，我的目的不是處罰酒店員工，而是管理層能給個解釋就行，結果從頭到尾未見酒店經理出現，衹是處罰了員工，一個縣級城市218的房價不帶早餐也就算了，竟然是這樣的管理，這是管理層的失誤，卻在處罰員工，想不通

房間味道大，不透氣，早上服務工作人員，對講機早上八點就開始喊。工作人員通話全靠吼。早上八點吵的要命，滿樓道都是工作人員的吼聲。
