A very good hotel, from the service to the room, only one word can describe it (great). The epidemic prevention is very good. The temperature is taken at the door, and the itinerary code is checked. The waiters are very professional and should be trained. The check-in process was quick and the service attitude was very good. 酒店環境優美，乾淨衞生，智能設施齊全，服務很熱情周到，自助早餐也不錯，推薦大家入住！住了很多次了，前台服務人員態度非常好，有問題隨時幫忙解決。早餐也很美味，種類特別多，口感非常不錯。下午茶也很種類豐富！

和閨蜜來吃夜市選了這家，大床房直接愛住！床軟得像棉花糖，我們三個女生癱在上面追劇都不擠。浴室鏡子帶LED補光，化粧超方便。前台小姐姐推薦的燒烤攤絕了，步行10分鐘就到，凌晨肚子餓了，前台小姐姐還幫忙泡好泡麪給送到房間了，真的太暖心了，邊吃邊聊到凌晨三點，隔音真的好，完全不怕打擾到別人，並且第二天我們要起來坐火車，都不用再着急了，小姐姐跟我們説走地下通道過去進站，衹需要兩三分鐘，讓我們吃了早飯再過去來得及，服務真的很貼心

作為荊門本土人還是第一次住荊門的本土酒店海逸酒店。這次是有事要回鄉，住的是火車站的這家海逸酒店。在攜程上面看評分還挺高的，好評也挺不錯，抱着試試看的態度，酒店就在火車站的斜對面，坐車還是蠻方便的。地理位置還是蠻好的，前台小姐姐幫忙辦理入住的時候很熱情，還倒了茶水。現在酒店都好智能，用自助機就能辦理入住，沒帶身份證也可以，好方便啊，前台送我上電梯的時候還給我介紹了早餐自助時間以及在哪裡吃，還有房間裏的小飛的功能，可以喊它開電視窗簾呼叫前台。在我進去房間後，前台還給我建立了專屬vip羣，告訴我她們的很多免費服務，還有什麼百寶箱服務，免費洗衣服務。對了，房間真的很大，比我預期的要好很多，很滿意。酒店的洗澡水讓人很意外，我一個朋友之前住過一次海逸，説他們家的水有點像温泉水，洗的特別舒服，我以為是騙人的，結果真的很像是温泉水，洗的特別舒服，水温也特別好，不高不低，第二天退房的時候去吃早餐，廚房阿姨做的牛肉麪很辣很對我的胃口，和外面早餐店比沒有差的，哈哈，還有個可愛的地方，早餐廳的飾品小🦌好可愛，忍不住拍了下來，走的時候前台還很熱心的給我準備了熱的礦泉水，真的好貼心，下次回來了還會住海逸！

前台服務特別好。雖然是第一次入住，但是真的感覺都還挺好的。首先是用自助機辦理的入住，沒有帶身份證，刷臉就可以了。其次。還倒了茶水給我喝。正好是我最喜歡喝的紅棗桂圓茶。然後房間比我想象中的要好很多。首先很乾凈衞生，沒有異味，房間真的好大啊，入住之後，前台還有機器人給我送的東西，我還以為是什麼外賣了，沒想到還給我送的入住水果點心。還挺不錯的。最後最重要的兩點就是早餐很好吃，他的牛肉麪，我喜歡吃辣，正對我的胃口，這邊離高鐵站也很近，二十幾分鍾就到了

第一次住海逸酒店，聽説是荊門的本土酒店已經開了有二十幾年了，這次住的是他們的分店，火車站這邊的店，離車站非常近，就在火車站的斜對面，走地下通道，幾分鐘就到了。其次酒店環境也挺好的，雖然裝修了好幾年了，但沒有一點陳舊感，麻將機也很好用，感覺還蠻新的，房間蠻大蠻大的，還有兩個沙發座， 衞生間乾濕分離，比較方便，最最貼心的是前台小姐姐，辦理入住的時候聽出來我感冒了，還熱心的幫我沖了999，服務不錯，挺走心的，入住也送了點心水果，沃柑好甜啊，總之住的很滿意

前台服務很熱情，住了兩天，入住的時候用的自助機辦理的還是蠻方便的，也很快。沒有帶身份證也可以辦。而且辦理入住的時候都倒了茶水的。入住之後還送了小點心。。房卡丟了。前台小姐姐，還幫忙申請了特價賠償，我也挺不好意思的。下次有機會的話還是會選擇海逸火車站這家店。
