酒店的房間都是煙味，換了一間……依舊是煙味……後來前台讓客房部送來了凈化機……完全是“聊勝於無”……房間還有一張莫名其妙的會議電腦桌……這個操作是廢物利用嗎？為啥不放茶桌呢？水台的水漬也是挺難看的，被子也是有污漬的……隔夜還特別差！隔壁房的電話會議，開了多久，我們陪他聽了多久。不會再住了！

缺點：房間窗簾不怎麼遮光睡眠淺光感要求高的可能不太行在用水高峯期可能會出現熱水不及時的現象但是床品很舒服小童房孩子也很喜歡前台很有禮貌特別要感謝房務清潔阿姨賈賢芝阿姨因為帶孩子前一天玩的比較累穿過的襪子就丟在了地板上第二天阿姨打掃房間居然把襪子洗了晾在窗户邊上完全是超出本身職責的服務特別感謝🙏 有温度的一家酒店

鉑瑞酒店環境好，衞生乾淨，房間超大，有自己的停車場，洗衣服，有專門的服務阿姨上門來取，洗完疊好，還專門給送回房間，這是其他酒店沒有的服務，大大點贊！！！

酒店位置比較好找，有地上地下停車場，房間比較大，就是每個房間衹提供倆瓶水這點不是特別好，好在性價比還是很不錯，早餐的米粉很好吃
