停車方便，酒店門前就能停，門前在修路。吃飯方便，去了夜市燒烤大排檔，味道還行，煎餃也不錯，關鍵是餐廳有暖氣（空調開放），床舒適，房間非常暖和（開空調）電梯慢，性價比高，服務態度好，攜程價格優惠。

每次做的續住衞生，連床單被套都沒換，連着做了幾天的續住衞生，都是這樣，房間還有壁虎，一直在那裡爬，後面準備把它弄下來，結果它跳下來鑽到床底下去了，後面退房之前一直催房，走的時候付了20元的延時房費，體驗感不太好！

這是我住的最小的維也納酒店，訂的大床房，房間小的可憐，窗户也是很小，還有就是早餐很稀鬆，沒啥吃的！唯一的覺得滿意的就是床睡着還可以，尤其是枕頭枕着舒服！訂房時我訂了免費升級房型，前台小姐姐也幫我升級了房型，我在想如果沒升級，是不是房間更是小的沒法説？和其他地市的維也納酒店不在一個層次上～，希望改進

本來對維也納很放心，這次在荊門住的這家，讓我很失望。本來我是下午五點左右到的給安排到最裡麪就罷了。退房中午出去吃飯特地跟前台説房間不要收拾，我等會回來退房。因為帶了一些現金，還有東西怎麼放的我自己清楚。
結果吃過飯回來發現房間收拾過了，個人小毛巾估計當垃圾扔了就算了，索性現金在背包裏也比較放心。
最後離開後發現耳機沒了，打電話請服務員找，説沒找到。
因為我行程比較簡單，衹有出差路上才用耳機，肯定是丟在酒店。也省的煩了糾纏，總之幾百塊錢耳機丟了心裏是不舒服的。
