不乾淨不乾淨 床單被罩有尿漬，頭一次遇到這種情況，服務員不情願的換個房間，前台服務比較熱情，早餐不好吃，果汁好像是沖泡的，屋內燈光昏暗
衞生：床品不乾淨
設施：還可以
雙人大廳自助下午茶:到的比較晚，沒人提自助下午茶的事
商務禮遇-管家專送當地特色點心:送了小零食和水果

設施：設施齊全完美專業，沒有洗澡的涼拖，但也沒啥影響原本想問一下客服的然後不想麻煩了別人，
衞生：挺乾淨的
環境：環境好能看見荊門附近的夜景，附近有個操場好看還有高層的風景
服務：非常好，有啥問題客服人員都解答
商務禮遇-管家專送當地特色點心:好晚上會有人送水果酸奶
樓上有早餐好吃，特別油條不油好吃，

酒店很安靜，隔音效果不錯，裝修風格很喜歡，前台服務態度也挺好的，設施設備都很齊全，位置在萬達，逛街很方便，還提供免費洗衣服務，，入住體驗好，性價比高，值得推薦入住。

這個酒店已經是五六年的酒店了，酒店的裝修顯得有點過時，比較灰，比較沉悶。但整體裝修質量非常可以，沒看到有明顯起雞皮疙瘩的地方。樓下就是萬達廣場，小孩子卻又在旁邊玩，對面就是體育館。體育館還有蔚來的充電樁，開車過來也非常方便。
本來不想給5分好評的，那個裝修風格有點不喜歡，比較灰暗，房間的燈光感覺也不夠。但他們服務態度實在太好了，如何挑剔！大姐聽説我要洗衣服，直接幫我拿衣服過去洗好再送回來給我，有個快遞要發，她直接幫我拿走，幫我安排發了。
還有一點就是在這裏沖涼水特別大，夠熱。一覺睡到天亮，睡得特別好。早餐也很豐富。臨走的時候給了我好幾瓶水。
