基礎設施差，淋浴都是壞的到處噴水，叫工作人員上來催了兩次半個小時才上來，服務差，説換個房間客房服務人員嫌打掃衞生麻煩説沒房間，前台説可以換，最後也沒換

對於一個小縣城來説這家酒店總體還説的過去，不過也有需要改進的地方，比如：房間裏打開的酒，説明房嫂打掃房間不徹底，前台服務態度需要改進，大早上起來停車場秩序亂沒有人管。

房間大，設施較好，方便舒適。服務一般。馬桶堵了，報修了一天才解決，居然説整個酒店就一個搋子。我都想給他們買一個了！酒店前就是國道，無論白天還是夜晚，都有大車通過，是重卡，暴土揚長，出門沒法散步，必須打車。本來挨着天柱山，結果倒不方便去，因為受不了重卡經過時揚起的塵土。吃飯不方便。
