酒店設施潔凈大氣，洗衣烘乾健身設施一應俱全👍房間超大且佈局格調高雅，前台服務熱情周到，前台小姐姐還送了小禮物（護手霜和護髮素），因為是國慶期間，還貼心的送了國旗車貼，有問必答，為客人提供了最優質的服務👍機器人服務是一大亮點，小可愛彬彬有禮，上門服務，使客人享受到了高大上的服務👍，一樓的咖啡☕️又香又濃，全季酒店為我們國慶出行留下了美好的回憶。

房間非常乾淨整潔，備有充足的飲用水，設計簡單大方。燈光柔和不刺眼，電視屏幕尺寸也很合適，床軟硬適中，感覺很好

酒店算是比較新的，停車方便。位置還可以。服務還可以吧，入住已經11點了剩的尾房樓層一般。房間挺大的。

帶著兒子入住，前台引導服務做的很不錯，晚上住宿環境蠻安靜，早餐品種豐富，我要延遲退房前台高高的那個美女很貼心的跟我説幫你以延遲到了下午2點，很滿意的一次入住

前台那個瘦的女士態度很差，讓掃碼我答覆不了，就立馬臉一拉。另外我買的1.8的床，她給我1.5的，我鐘點房就是為了休息一會，它給我安排在電梯口，大中午的，酒店也沒什麼人，除了是因為這個人不咋滴，我想不到其他都原因了。另外，胖胖的那位服務挺好的，態度也不錯。

前台電話就沒打通過。要撥分機號，但沒有分機號！希望改進。
硬件設施挺好的。
服務質量對標其他城市全季真的有待提升。反正下次不會再來靖江的全季。
礦泉水八瓶挺好的。農夫山泉的。建議不要這麼多，要是能換成哇哈哈支持國貨就更好啦
