服務態度很好，房間設施以及物品都很有設計感，價格性價比超高，停車很方便。這次旅途中最滿意的酒店。超過很多評價4.8分的酒店。春節假期自駕遊太開心了

開發票的時候前台沒説紙質還是電子，因為幾乎都是電子發票，就默認了。我離開半小時發現遲遲未收到發票提示，就問前台怎麼回事，那個服務員説開的紙質發票，沒有電子的，我瞬間懵逼了，我人都在離開在路上了要我這麼拿呢？後面要求她們重新發電子的，可惜杳無音信，而且直接無視我，想想進酒店的時候熱情大方，真是諷刺！多麼好的酒店就因為這樣的服務員，可惜！

怎麼説呢，1916酒店前台服務真的讓我敬而遠之。
對於常年至少300天都在出差的我來説，第一次遇到這種“服務”。
起因大家都看到了，就是因為服務員的冷漠，無視，不作為，當我要求開電子發票到此時此刻快一個禮拜了，沒收到酒店一條訊息一個電話，當我給酒店服務給出差評時酒店終於聯繫我了，原以為是解決發票問題的，那成想所謂大堂經理是為了差評而來，目的是要求我把差評撤銷……我笑了！巧的是前一分鐘我還準備入住該酒店，遺憾的是再也不會了。
哪怕當時酒店人員第一時間積極聯繫我處理問題，而不是選擇無視，大家都能理解的啊！
（注:有一説一酒店環境真的不錯，我針對的衹是服務，話又説回來再好的環境沒有服務又能怎樣呢呵呵）

酒店非常棒，很有設計感，非常適合商務出差，共享大廳特別大，功能很齊全，很休閑。喝茶、會議、辦公都很方便，可以倚窗聽雨、喝茶看書、冥想聽水聲都很有禪意。

房間當然是新裝修，温馨有家的感覺，早餐小巧玲瓏，酒店位置還算可以，總枱服務蠻好。旅遊，出差感覺蠻好的。
