The bed was also very big, and I slept very well. 🪷 Service: The service was very considerate, and a pick-up service was provided. 🪷 Geographic location: The location is very convenient, next to RT-Mart, there are a lot of food, and the riverside night market can be reached in ten minutes on foot. In addition, we made an appointment for a tour group to go to the Botanical Garden the next day. The meeting point was at the Splashing Water Square, which was a four-minute walk from the hotel, and many travel agencies gathered at this location. The hotel location is very convenient. 🪷 Breakfast: Breakfast is also good. It is a buffet. You can eat whatever you want. The rice noodles are freshly cooked, but the speed is very fast, and there are fruits after the meal.

Location is very good: rooms are quiet but close to the Night Market and to an extremely wide choice of restaurants and shops. The ”River view” rooms, despite being on low floors (3rd and 4th), actually command a very nice view of the Mekong river, due to the elevated position of the building. Facilities are new and clean. Swimming pool is not very large but clean and suitable for a pleasant swim. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The hotel perfectly arranged pick-up from airport. Besides free airport pick-up, the manager can provide car-with-driver daily rent service at a reasonable price. He is friendly, willing to give information and tips. Breakfast has a quite limited choice, but for the price you cannot expect much more... As mentioned by some other users, the weight-lifting equipment in the gym is out of order. The location is super good. There are all kinds of food and the Starlight Night Market. The bedding is very comfortable. The key is that it is not noisy at all in the downtown area. It is really quiet in the hustle and bustle. A very important part of the good time in Banna during the National Day is the comfortable hotel! Highly recommended

Provide Xishuangbanna Airport pick-up: The driver is purely voluntary to accept orders, hoping to receive subsequent chartered guests. Service: The front desk girl personally delivered water when I asked for more water, nice. The quilt is too thick, and I couldn't sleep for two nights because I was sweating. Hygiene: Auntie mops the floor every day Maybe the overall environment of the hotel is orderly and not noisy in the off-season, and there is no promotion of consumption. The downstairs is in the core and lively neighborhood, and the fruit barbecue is the most expensive neighborhood after the Starlight Night Market.

The hotel is located in Gaozhuang, 10 minutes walk from Shwedagon Pagoda, Star Night Market, Mekong River and Lancang River. There are many businesses, restaurants and fruit stalls around. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. The hotel's service little sister is very enthusiastic and will provide thoughtful service to guests, and will reply in time if there is any problem! When I came, I read the comments and said it was a bit noisy. I want to say that since I choose to live in the night market, I have to accept the noisy sound, not particularly noisy or acceptable. It is not the store's final say here. The entire Star Night Market below has any activities. Highly recommended! I have been to Banna 4 times and I have stayed at this hotel!

Absolutely fantastic experience. The room was incredibly high-tech with face-unlock doors, a projector for watching movies, automatic blinds and a toilet straight out of a spaceship. There was even a comprehensive clothes washing service that meant we would come back to our room to find everything dry and neatly hung up. The breakfast was much better than the average hotel buffet with plenty of fresh fruit and a wide variety of mainland dishes as well as a few local dishes. Every single member of staff was willing to go to great lengths to help us regardless of the request. One evening after myself and my partner were injured in an ebike accident (be careful on those roads!) I was badly grazed in several places, showed up to the hotel covered in blood and dust. One member of staff dived behind the counter and produced a box of antiseptic swabs and plasters. Realising these wouldn't be enough for the size of the wounds he escorted us to a walk-in centre using the hotel transport shuttles and accompanied us inside. After being turned away (they didn't treat injuries) the hotel shuttle drove us to a pharmacy and waited outside while we were talked through the available options (bandages, disinfectants etc) all the while telling us personal stories of e-bike related misfortune. That's just one of many examples of outstanding service, truly impressed.

This house is great, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, very new, very close to the Xingguang Night Market, and there are many small shops opposite, so it's convenient to eat. Self-service check-in, there are children's playgrounds in the community, children like the swings, and the greenery is good. The price is quite reasonable, the bed is comfortable, and the elderly and children like it very much! Very good!
