I had a delightful stay at the Wanda Vista Resort Xishuangbanna, and can highly recommend the hotel for both luxury and a relaxing unique experience. A place that has something wonderful for everyone. A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. The staff were particularly helpful in meeting my needs and ensuring a great stay. I would especially like to thank Martin Gan. He provided an excellent service, He was very helpful and diligent and is a true credit to the Hotel.

Free pick up from airport. Location very near night market and many dining and shopping venues. Transportation easy access. Greetings from staff on arrival was excellent and staff always was attentive to our requests. Hotel has great ambience from its French style and decor in rooms and throughout. Almost felt like a chateau rather than hotel. Pool was small but clean and had great old world character. Room had spacious balcony to enjoy view of Mekong River. Even had a claw bathtub outside to enjoy if you dared. Breakfast was adequately sufficient and staff was efficient and cheerful. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we decide to revisit Xishuangbanna. We think it's the best riverside hotel in Xishuangbanna!

Absolutely fantastic experience. The room was incredibly high-tech with face-unlock doors, a projector for watching movies, automatic blinds and a toilet straight out of a spaceship. There was even a comprehensive clothes washing service that meant we would come back to our room to find everything dry and neatly hung up. The breakfast was much better than the average hotel buffet with plenty of fresh fruit and a wide variety of mainland dishes as well as a few local dishes. Every single member of staff was willing to go to great lengths to help us regardless of the request. One evening after myself and my partner were injured in an ebike accident (be careful on those roads!) I was badly grazed in several places, showed up to the hotel covered in blood and dust. One member of staff dived behind the counter and produced a box of antiseptic swabs and plasters. Realising these wouldn't be enough for the size of the wounds he escorted us to a walk-in centre using the hotel transport shuttles and accompanied us inside. After being turned away (they didn't treat injuries) the hotel shuttle drove us to a pharmacy and waited outside while we were talked through the available options (bandages, disinfectants etc) all the while telling us personal stories of e-bike related misfortune. That's just one of many examples of outstanding service, truly impressed.

A family of four came to Banna for vacation and stayed in this hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy, the front desk is very friendly, and there is airport pick-up service. There are many delicious and interesting places to visit. The Starlight Night Market is not far away, which is very convenient!

Very good location, staff are friendly. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast is delicious. Provide free airport pick up. Airport drop off cost 100 RMB, which is very good deal, as we have 7 people and 8 luggages with several backpacks. We hired the driver Mr.Yang who picked us up from the airport for some day trips, which saved us lots of traffic time. Room service was completed everyday stocking all our daily wants and needs. We ended up with a room with a real great view that looks over the river too! Wonderful experience!

This is one of those rare cases when you get what is shown in the picture! Great hotel, has everything including a fridge. Smart assistant, smart toilet😀 Great view from the window, which you can admire while lying in the bath. Great location. Everything is great

I came to Banna again with my bestie. I love hotels with their own swimming pools. They are great for taking photos. The environment is great. The bed is soft and comfortable. It is also very close to the Starlight Night Market. I rented a small electric donkey to eat and drink with my sisters. The price is not expensive and it is clean and hygienic. The room is fully equipped and there are soft drinks in the small refrigerator!

The room is very good, clean and quiet, with advanced equipment, TV can cast screen, and central air conditioning is easy to operate. The toilet and bathroom are separated, dry and wet are separated, the washbasin is large, and the toothbrush is of good quality. The mattress and other bedding are also very comfortable to sleep on. There are many charging ports, and you can directly check the USB and typec ports, which greatly facilitates charging multiple devices such as mobile phones, power banks, watches, etc. at night! The service is warm, polite and thoughtful. Takeaways are delivered directly to the room, and the speed is very fast. Water and slippers will be delivered to the room quickly! The balcony is large, the windows are large, and the view is good. You can directly see the water splashing square! The location is equivalent to the city center, and it is also very close to the Starlight Night Market and the riverside. The transportation is convenient and you can get a taxi quickly!

Fantastic location just a short walk from then night markets and Mekong river. Friendly and helpful service. Clean rooms, I booked a terrace room which was lovely. Bar good, pool good but too many want to be models taking pictures constantly. Breakfast was ok, coffee could be better but you don’t have to go far to find better food and drink.
