Hotels in Sunac Resort Xishuangbanna, Jinghong

I stayed in Xishuangbanna for four days. I stayed at this hotel on the last day. I still prefer the heart-warming service of a five-star hotel compared to an online celebrity hotel. The staff member Zoe called me the day before check-in to ask if there were any children staying with me. She also made a thoughtful inquiry According to my personal preference, I helped to book the free photo provided by the hotel. I didn't make an appointment for a photo for personal reasons, but this hotel is the first choice for bringing children! Quiet, well rested, afraid of mosquito bites, and thoughtfully prepared grass ointment, and there are peacocks in the hotel lobby 🦚, they are real peacocks! You can also experience handmade DIY non-heritage inheritance projects! Anyway, spending a day at the hotel is no problem at all! The swimming pool photo is also very good! I am very satisfied with this stay. The thoughtfulness of the staff, Ms. Zoe, made me even more satisfied with the hotel! I will choose to live here again next time.

I was afraid to book the Wanda Vista because of the many reviews I read about filth and non-English speaking staff. When we arrived it's true there weren't that many English speaking staff but there were a few, and quickly one of them gave us his WeChat, it helped a lot to communicate, he was really kind and helpful. So thank you very much 赵学杰, you made our stay easier and better. About the room, the interior is quite clean, the terrace not so much, we had to ask them to clean the bed outside, they cleaned it and changed the sheet, but I didn't understand why they hadn't done this before… Most of the service is quite nice, maybe the cleaning service can be better, the following days they changed the towels when we didn't want it, and when we needed that it be changed and expressly requested that be changed, nothing has been done. The trash bin was not automatically emptied.
For hotels of this standard, we expect the room to be cleaned twice a day. 
The breakfast is quite good and again the staff are really nice. 
On the whole, we had a good stay, we enjoyed a lot the private and the shared swimming pools.

Great location with lots of food options in the neighborhood a short drive away or a bike ride away. The resort area comprises of Pullman, crowne plaza and Wanda. So if u prefer to eat in one of these hotels that’s an option but much more pocket friendly options in the area too outside of this hotel area but close by. Rooms are comfortable. An outdoor and indoor pool are available but the indoor one water is too cold and needs to be regulated. The steam and sauna are not always on so if u are the first one to use like in my case then u have to wait till it heats up and gets fully operational. Steam worked great but sauna not so good. Jacuzzi was busted and non-operational. Don’t forget to get ur swimming caps as even though outdoor pool one is not required but if it rains u must go to the indoor one as per hotel rules and for indoor u need a cap and to buy one at site is very expensive. The check in desk person Jacky Chen was very nice and helpful. Smooth check in process. Eva he at the breakfast buffet was also very kind and friendly and all the staff generally were good. However the staff at the front entrance gate need to be trained better to talk to customers like they normally should to customers but I felt they were very rude although it was not there intention to be rude. They just need better training. Parking is not allowed around the entrance circle but many people are allowed to park and is not consistent. If they allow one car to park then they should allow all. Local cars should not get preference. Even the help staff at the breakfast should be trained a little more to serve customers as it was quite chaotic. Overall a pleasant stay but some improvements required as highlighted above.

I am a self-driving traveler around China and booked their twin room. However, I was very disappointed with the taste of this room. First of all, I must admit that the decoration of this room is very strong. I asked the front desk lady about this, but she insisted that it was the smell of air freshener and that the taste of each room was different. I have to say that this explanation made me feel insulted by IQ. However, I must emphasize that the taste of decoration is a very important issue for a hotel room. Whether it is air freshener or other reasons, this taste will affect the guest's stay experience. I hope the hotel will take this issue seriously and take steps to solve it.

The reason that lazy people can write reviews is because the accommodation (real name and real sense, not any marketing) that amazes the whole Banna trip is like a home by name, from the environment to the staff, it gives people a just right feeling of comfort. The location is about 6 kilometers away from the airport high-speed rail station, 10 minutes by taxi, about 6 to 7 kilometers away from the city center, and about 8 kilometers away from the Gaozhuang Xingguang Night Market. It is very convenient to go anywhere. And the surrounding environment is very quiet, there is no noisy crowded village. The staff of the hotel are kind and thoughtful, and treat all needs like friends sincerely. In particular, the manager's brother will help with travel strategies and recommend a variety of cost-effective foods! ~~So the original plan of staying for only 2 nights was extended by one more night~~I want to say that such a treasure with high cost performance is worth everyone's possession! The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, reasonable layout and considerate service. Breakfast is included, and the breakfast category is complete, including exquisite and delicious side dishes, including nutritious corn and sweet potatoes, boiled eggs, tea eggs, steamed buns, and staple food pancakes, pies, etc. will be adjusted every day. All in all, they are all delicious. The location is also convenient for travel. I renewed my reservation for the Spring Festival and my family came here to celebrate the Spring Festival. I will come here again next year to take a leisurely tour of Xishuangbanna, and it received five-star reviews.

Although this homestay has five rooms, it is exquisite and clean. The whole house is controlled by intelligent systems. The decoration is ahead of schedule. There are smart toilets and refrigerators. The mattresses are very comfortable and the breakfast is particularly rich and healthy. There is an elevator up and down the stairs, and the elderly are also convenient to stay. The boss and the proprietress are even more warm and thoughtful. The boss drove the BMW 7 to pick up the plane in person. The service was five stars. The whole trip was very satisfied. I will choose it next time and recommend it to my friends.

The boss is very nice, we couldn't get a taxi from the airport at night, and he even drove to pick us up.
