接連三年春節都帶家人入住萊福，我的要求不高，個人覺得他家賓館是舊了點，但是衞生算不錯，房間裏紙巾也夠夠的，每年春節入住床單被套毛巾都是新的，每年前台都有隨便吃的瓜子，花生，糖，價格實惠，周邊各種吃的也方便，江邊夜市曼聽公園也近，個人覺得不錯，下次還會入住。

酒店位置不錯，位於幾條小馬路之間，毗鄰曼聽公園總佛寺，出門右走800米曼聽公園東北門，左走700米總佛寺大門，離“江邊夜市”也不遠；周邊美食尤其傣味燒烤遍佈，味蕾享受。老闆很和氣，開車來時路邊沒車位，一路引領我們停到最裡邊的砂石停車場。都忘了取下行李再去停車，200米的路老闆一路幫忙拎着大行李，很熱情。至於酒店，實話説2023年雲南春節半月遊，版納的酒店是性價比最差的，萊福酒店就是內地舊招待所的水平，設施陳舊，已經過了初七，房價也不是網上傳的15倍，但處於正常房價5倍基本準確，誰讓全國人民疫情後都去海南雲南三亞版納呢。建議老闆適時裝修下，設施更新下（我那房間拖鞋都不是一對，一衹還裂開一半），版納風光不錯還會再來，萊福也許更適合經濟型的大學生和年輕人來入住。

本以為錯峯旅行價格會比較低，但版納房價太高，所以選擇這家評價不錯的酒店，近曼聽公園。停車是停在路邊，酒店設施較陳舊，衞生質量還需要提高。衹是，在這個時段出行，200多的價格也就這樣吧，根本無法與瑞麗、騰沖、雲縣不到150元的酒店相提並論。

475入住的，衹能感歎這個季節賓館價格翻了很多倍，衞生間有螞蟻，在我們自己帶的洗漱杯子上爬來爬去，門是壞的，需要抬着才能關上，這些希望老闆以後改進，不過旅館離曼聽公園很近，步行過去就可以，附近有家婆婆的糯米飯很好吃

西雙版納這次房價真是難以置信，幾十塊的房子可以賣到幾百上千。假期期間真的不能來。吃住花天價。房子有異味。以前賣幾十的房價沒啥好評價的。老闆人比較和善。
