Excellent little apartment with everything you need. Great location in a quiet gated community. The community has a big swimming pool where we spent a lovely afternoon. Easy walk to the night market. Very helpful staff too.

It is located in a beautiful community, which makes it a little safer and clean. Check in for foreign travelers was fast and easy. The front desk staff added my WeChat and gave me all the related information throught it. She was very friendly and made sure we were satisfied before going back to her office.
The rooms are big and very clean, there are all the amenities except for bottled water. There is a washing machine which was convenient to wash clothes.
Very good place to stay if you want a homey feeling away from home. ☺️

It was a beautiful stay in a nice and new apartment. They even have a washing machine! I didn't take any pictures, but believe me it's perfect. Maybe a little bit far from the star market but by car it's very close, maybe 7 min driving.

Free pick-up from the airport or station for 2 consecutive nights (make a reservation one day in advance): After staying here for half a month, I almost couldn’t bear to leave. The balcony has a view of the Lancang River, which is very spectacular and beautiful. Washing machine and refrigerator are all available. The mattress is too bad, the springs can be felt by everyone, and the hardness is not uniform. It is not even as good as a hard bed, but everything else is okay. The kitchen has basic kitchen utensils, but it is too dirty. My child was sick and bought some food from the list. I just washed out the pots and knives and made two meals together.
